• Please keep credentials secure and use accurate account details.
• We may suspend access where required for security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
• Do not attempt to disrupt service availability, integrity, or other users.
• Do not upload content you do not have rights to use.

4. Payments and billing

Paid products are processed through Stripe. By purchasing, you also agree to applicable Stripe terms and policies.

5. Content and intellectual property

You keep ownership of content you create and upload. You grant us the rights needed to store, process, and display that content to provide the service.

6. Availability and support

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance or urgent fixes may cause temporary disruption.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

8. Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
